As many of you know, the Acton-Boxborough Regional School District is partnering with District Management Group (DMGroup) to develop a strategic plan that will help shape the future of our schools. Our main goal is to identify what will best support student success and reflect the values of our community. 

DMGroup would like to speak with community members who do not have children currently enrolled in the schools to hear your perspective on potential district reorganization options that stemmed from the strategic plan. We would like you to participate in a 45-minute focus group via Google Meet to share your insights on these options. You will have ample opportunity to share your thoughts from your unique perspective and role. 

DMGroup has already spoken with district leadership, representatives from a variety of stakeholder groups, and carried out a community survey to develop a broad understanding of the district’s strengths and challenges. The purpose of this focus group is to share what options for district reorganization were developed through the strategic plan and understand the relative benefits, drawbacks, and implications of each possibility.
