Finding mental health or substance use support can feel overwhelming. To make this easier, our district has partnered with Care Solace, a free service that helps you quickly connect with care.

Care Solace maintains a network of over 700,000 providers and services and is available 24/7/365. They work with all types of insurance—including Medicaid and Medicare—and can also help families without insurance through sliding scale options.

Whatever you or your child may be facing, you are not alone. We are hopeful that our partnership with Care Solace will help us build a healthier, more connected, and caring school community.

Three Ways to Access...

  • School Referral: Recommended for Students
When school is in session, please get in touch with your child’s school mental health professional (e.g., counselor, psychologist). They can submit a referral to Care Solace on your behalf. This is our recommended method for students, as it strengthens home–school collaboration and helps us work together to support each student’s well-being.
  • By Phone
Call 888-515-0595 any time, day or night. Multilingual support is available 24/7/365. A dedicated Care Companion will help you find providers, schedule appointments, and follow up to see if it’s a good fit.
  • Online
Visit caresolace.com/abschools to search anonymously and get matched with an extensive list of care providers.
