Covid Protocols and Guidance

The CDC recommends the following guidance for all upper respiratory infections to prevent the spread of infection to others:

Stay home and away from others while sick.

You may return to your typical activities such as school when, for at least 24 hours, both are true:

Your symptoms are improving.

You have been fever-free for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication.

Once normal activities resume, take added precautions for 5 days such as practice physical distancing, practicing good hand hygiene, consider wearing a mask, and testing at home.

As always, it is recommended that you consult your primary care provider for your specific health needs.
