School Wellness Advisory Committee

School Wellness Advisory Committee (SWAC)

The role of the School Wellness Advisory Committee (SWAC) is to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the School Wellness Policy, Guidelines and District-wide Action Plan, and to submit an annual report to the Superintendent and the School Committee. Committee members include district staff and administrators representing all aspects of health and wellness, families, students, School Committee members and representatives of youth-serving community agencies.  SWAC meets four times each year.
